Blue Smoke View

Myself and 4 of my adult children (16-33 yrs) just stayed here for 5 nights. What a fantastic place! Clean, functional, perfect layout!! I chose the first Master bedroom/bath in the main area (with a bidet, does it get any better?!) My oldest son took the other master, and my other kids took the back bedroom with the queen and 2 sets of bunks. That section has an adjoining bathroom. The breezeway in the middle has a door to the game room in back where they played foosball (don’t think the other game was working) and we also used the hot tub and had morning coffee sitting in the rockers. Well stocked kitchen yet only provided one kitchen trash bag so bring a few from home as they’re easy to pack. Coffee haven: a Keurig, regular coffee pot and 7 flavored syrups (tho that’s not my thing, it’s certain to be someone else’s’!) We also did a couple loads of laundry. 5-minute drive to Dollywood and not far from any other local adventures. Note the amenities which is fully explained in the description: you only have enough for one overnight/2 days basically. So, pack or head to Walmart to get your trash bags, coffee supplies, some soap/toiletries, more (better) toilet paper (it’s super thin), more paper towels, & additional laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent. There is also a grill outside, but we didn’t use it. Ample parking for 2-3 vehicles. I absolutely adored this cabin. We purchased Length of Stay tickets for Dollywood, and you use those and the parking passes (preferred parking which is phenomenal!) via your phone as it was sent the day of arrival. The Golden Hour benefit – was a bit confusing as the park employees were not fully aware that we had that benefit and we had nothing to show them. It wasn’t a huge deal because they just believed us! Overall, this is a beautiful cabin, well maintained, with awesome water pressure for showers, and when you purchase the Length of Stay tickets, quite a good deal. I’d totally stay here again. My husband and I, along with our son & daughter-in-law and daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren, stayed at Blue Smoke View and it was the absolute perfect cabin for us! My husband and I had the master bedroom with bath in the main part of the cabin and it worked perfectly with his mobility issues. The bedrooms for the rest of the family were separated from the main cabin by the breezeway that included a hot tub and game room. Our son and daughter-in-law had a king bed, and our daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren had a queen bed and 2 sets of bunk beds. They shared a bathroom that was between the 2 bedrooms. We also had a half-bath off the living room/kitchen that was perfect for when we were hanging out together. When we checked in late Friday night the hot tub was dirty so I called and they sent someone out Saturday morning at 9:00 and had it cleaned and refilled by the time we got back that afternoon. Other than that, which was corrected immediately, we all agreed that it was the perfect layout to make everyone happy. Everything else was clean and beautiful. We would definitely recommend and will definitely stay there again in the future.
